Admins Can Now Archive Standard Cost Codes on ERP-Integrated Projects (1/8/2019) 

Updated the Company level Admin tool to give Procore Administrators with the ability to archive Standard Cost Codes in Procore in order to prevent project users from adding those codes to a project. The archive action does not remove Standard Cost Codes from all lists.This update only affects users that have setup the ERP Integrations tool for Procore.

Reset Commitments for the ERP Integrations Tool (1/18/2019)

Updated the ERP Integrations tool so users can now reset commitments, instead of having to request a reset from Procore Customer Support. 

Sage 300 CRE: Now Pre-filling SubJob ID for Accounting Approvers (1/14/2019)

When sending a SubJob to the ERP Integrations tool for accounting approval, the system now pre-fills the SubJob ID for accounting approvers. See Send a Sub Job to ERP Integrations for Accounting Acceptance.

New Incremented Number Control for Faster Data Entry (2/8/2019)

Updated the project's Daily Log tool to add a new incremented number control that gives users doing data entry the ability to add workers and hours more quickly. 

Improved Hover States (1/4/2019)

Procore has improved the user experience of the Daily Log tool by adding hover states to the interface. These new features place system focus on the area over which your mouse cursor hovers to provide improved visual feedback when using the Daily Log.  

Improved Comment Field (1/4/2019)

Added placeholder text to the comments field. When viewing the field, the phrase 'No comments' appears when entries have not been saved. When viewing the field in edit mode, an Add Comments prompt appears.

RFI Email Settings Now Carry Over to Project Templates (1/16/2019) 

Updated the RFIs tool so that now, the settings specified on the Configure Settings page under RFI Emails now carry over to new projects when using the Portfolio tool's project templates feature. See Configure a Project Template.

Procore Now Suggests a Title When Creating a Change Event from an RFI (1/14/2019) 

When you create a change event from an RFI, the system now suggests a title based on the RFI's title. See Create a Change Event from an RFI.

Added a New 'Linked Coordination Issue' Field (1/2/2019)

Added a new Linked Coordination Issue' field to RFIs. Clicking this link will launch the Coordination Issues tool. If you have not been granted permission to the Coordination Issues tool, the Linked Coordination Issue field will be hidden from view.

Schedule (Project Level)

Schedule Usability Updates (02/13/2019)  

Moved "Clear Schedule" into a separate sidebar section within the Schedule tool's configure settings and added a warning message about the consequences of clearing the schedule. Renamed the "Overwrite Schedule" section to "Update Schedule" for more clarity. Additionally, when a schedule change request is reviewed, an email will be sent to the user who requested the change to indicate whether the change has been updated or rejected.

Start and Finish Columns Now Sort by Date (1/2/2019)

Updated the Start and Finish columns in the All view so users can now click the column header to sort the columns by date.

QuickBooks

Rollout of Export Subcontractor Invoices for QuickBooks is Complete (2/5/2019)

Procore has completed the rollout of a new feature for the Company level ERP Integrations tool. This feature lets your project users eliminate double-entry and save time by allowing invoices created in Procore's Commitments tool to be exported to your company's integrated QuickBooks system.  See Export Subcontractor Invoices from Procore to QuickBooks.

When a commitment in a Procore project is synced with QuickBooks®, a link is created between the records stored in each system. Sometimes, users will inadvertently export a commitment from Procore and then discover that the commitment's data as exported was incorrect. When this occurs, the records in both systems will need to be deleted manually and then the correct information must be re-entered in Procore and exported to the integrated ERP system. Sage 300 CRE

Delete Cost Code Cost Type Assignments Synced with Sage 300 CRE (2/13/2019)

Before this update was released, your Procore Administrator was required to submit a request to reset a cost type assignment before it could be deleted in Procore. Now, users can delete the cost code type assignment in Procore. See ERP Integrations: Delete Cost Code Cost Type Assignments Synced with Sage 300 CRE.
