Reports (Company Level)
Summary of Change
Procore updated the Single Tool Reports experience for better consistency with the 360 Reports experience. Users can now find a vertical ellipsis button at the top of the page, where we also renamed the 'Clone' option to 'Make a Copy'. This change matches the design of our 360 Reporting buttons. All other functions remain the same. See Copy a Company Single Tool Report and Copy a Project Single Tool Report. See Copy a Company Single Tool Report and Copy a Project Single Tool Report.
360 Reporting October Data Release
Procore released the October 2025 data update for the 360 Reporting tool, enhancing the monthly reporting capabilities for all users. By adding new data fields, users can create more insightful reports by tracking key financial approval dates, analyzing change order reasons, reporting, or equipment in greater detail. See 360 Reporting: Data Change Log.
Enhanced Field Descriptions for 360 Reporting
To improve data clarity in 360 Reporting, Procore will be adding comprehensive descriptions for all Financials, Preconstruction, Project Execution, and Resource Management dataset fields. Users will soon be able to hover over a new information icon next to dataset fields to instantly see a clear explanation of what the field represents. This will help users create reports with greater speed and confidence. See Create a Company 360 Report.
Resource Planning Data Now Generally Available in 360 Reporting
The Resource Management data set in 360 Reporting, previously in beta, is now generally available. Users can now create reports that combine resource planning assignments, groups, job titles, requests, time off, people, and projects for greater visibility into resource allocation and utilization. To learn more, see the 360 Reporting: Data Guide.
Meeting Distribution Data Now Generally Available
Meeting Distribution data is now available in the Project Execution dataset in 360 Reporting. This gives users the ability to build reports that include key details such as who distributed a meeting and the specific distribution date. It also provides greater visibility into how and when meeting information is being shared across Procore projects. To learn more, see the 360 Reporting: Data Guide.
