'Status' Filter for Owner Invoices Now Generally Available
Procore's new 'Status' filter for 'Owner Invoice' in budget views is now generally available. When an administrator adds the 'Owner Invoice' column to a budget view, your users can now filter budget items by owner invoice status: Draft, Under Review, Revise & Resubmit, and Approved. Budget Code Attributes for Work Breakdown Structure Now Generally Available
Procore has introduced the ability to create and assign attributes at the budget code level, enhancing flexibility and customization for users. The Budget tool now supports attribute grouping and filtering, as well as budget export capabilities. This program can be enabled by a user with 'Admin' permissions on the Company Admin tool using Procore Explore. If you don't have Procore Explore, contact your Procore point of contact. Modernized Change History Experience in Budget Tool
The user interface for the Budget tool’s Change History page has been modernized to provide a more seamless, user-friendly experience. There is no change to functionality. However, the table has been updated, users can now select cost code, cost type, and sub job filters from drop-down lists or click the Filters button to open a list of filters in the side panel. Project Status Snapshots is Now Generally Available
Procore is pleased to introduce Project Status Snapshots, which streamlines recurring budget forecasting and status reporting with dedicated budget snapshot types. It also provides instant variance analysis and centralized management for improved project oversight. For details, see About Project Status Snapshots for the Budget Tool. Enhanced Change Events Management with No Line Items Table
Procore has introduced a new tab in the Change Events tool that displays change events that do not have any line items associated with them. This eliminates the previous behavior where they were hidden from view and difficult to locate.
Procore is excited to announce a new feature available in Procore Explore: the default setting for the 'Change Reason' field on new change events can now be set to null. Users must actively select the reason, ensuring accurate records. This saves time by removing the need to delete pre-filled information and also helps to improve data accuracy when using Change Events with the ERP Integrations tool. This feature must be enabled at the Company level by a user with 'Admin' level permissions on the Company Admin tool using Procore Explore or by contacting your Procore point of contact. Procore improved the navigation experience in the Change Events list view by establishing a new pattern for links to Procore items. Users can now click the

Improved Commitment Change Order Visibility
Procore has improved the visibility of Commitment Change Orders (CCOs) by renaming the Related CO field in the Commitments list. This new name helps users quickly identify the type of change order and understand the relationships between different CCOs. The change streamlines your project management workflow, making it faster and easier to find what you need.
Procore updated the Contract Privacy settings in the General tab of a commitment, ensuring consistent formatting of user names in drop-down lists. Users can now easily scan the lists to select the correct users in the 'Access for Non-Admin Users' and 'Invoice Contacts' lists. To learn more, see Change the Privacy Settings for a Commitment.
