Objective

To search and filter what project(s) your company's projects are connected to at other companies.

Background

Customers can connect their project to another company's project to share drawings. In the company's Admin tool, you can see which of your company's projects are connected to other projects in Procore.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions
    • 'Admin' level permissions to the company's Admin tool.
  • Additional Information
    • You can search by project name and company name.

Steps

Search Connections

  1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.
  2. Under 'Tool Settings,' click Connection Manager.
  3. Enter a keyword into the search box.

Filter Connections

  1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.
  2. Under 'Tool Settings,' click Connection Manager.
  3. Locate the 'Upstream Connections' or 'Downstream Connections' section for the connection you want to view.
  4. Click Filters.
  5. Select to filter by the following fields:
    • Project
    • Upstream Company (for upstream connections)
    • Downstream Company (for downstream connections)
    • Status
  6. To clear filters, click the 'x' on the individual filter or select Clear all Filters.
