Admin (Company Level)

Procore's Company level Admin tool is designed to be used by the limited number individuals within your enterprise who are responsible for managing the Procore application for your organization. With this tool, your company's designated Procore Administrators can configure a variety of preferences and settings to tailor Procore's construction management environment to suit your organization's business-specific needs, processes, and workflows. 

  • Define essential settings for the Procore solution.
  • Decide which Procore tools to show or hide at the Company level.
  • Add individual cost codes or import your existing codes from a CSV file to use on company-wide projects.
  • Configure a wide variety of system preferences for bidding, contract, change order, submittals, trades, and more.
