Why are the weather conditions not showing on my Daily Log weather log?

Answer

The most common reasons for a missing weather forecast in Procore are:

  • A temporary network status issue by the third-party weather service provider. For details, see Why isn't my project weather working?
  • Your company's project administrator hasn't entered the job site address And ZIP code (or incorrectly entered an address and/or ZIP code). To fix this, see Add or Edit General Project Information. You can then navigate back to the project's Daily Log tool to check the weather forecast. 
    Note: If you continue to experience an issue, you might also need to update Latitude/Longitude values. Some addresses may require you to enter the latitude/longitude coordinates for your job site. Should you need to try this option, contact support@procore.com.
