Why are the weather conditions not showing on my Daily Log weather log?

The most common reason for weather conditions not showing up is that the project address has not been saved in Procore. Procore pulls the coordinates from your project address to populate the weather data for the project.

To enter this information, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the project's Admin tool.
  2. In the General Project Information, set the address and zip code of your project site.
  3. Click Update to save this information. 
  4. Navigate back to your Daily Log tool.
  5. Note your weather conditions.

 

If this does not fix your issue, you might also want to add in the latitude and longitude coordinates of your site. 
(Note: If you cannot see the Latitude and Longitude fields, contact Procore Support to enable these fields on your project.)

To enter this information, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the project's Admin tool.
  2. In the General Project Information, set the latitude and longitude of your project site.
  3. Click Update.
