What are the default project stages in Procore?

Procore provides several default project stages that your company can use to define each project's current stage of construction. A project's stage of construction is first selected when creating the project, but can be updated later by users with the appropriate permissions on the Project level Admin tool. Procore's default project stages include the following:

  • Bidding
  • Pre-Construction
  • Course of Construction
  • Post-Construction
  • Warranty
 Tip
Users with the appropriate permissions can also create custom project stages in the Company level Admin tool. See Add a Custom Project Stage.
