How will configured fieldsets affect my existing projects?

By default, fieldsets are not applied to existing projects. However, you can manually select any existing projects to apply the fieldset to. See Apply Configurable Fieldsets to Projects.
Once you have assigned a fieldset to projects, the fieldset will override Procore's default fieldset. When team members create an item from the appropriate project level tool, they will only see your company's configured fieldset.
