Procore's Project level Documents tool is designed to manage and archive all of your mission-critical project content, such as drawings, specifications, bid packages, emails, safety checklists, warranty information, and more. It provides you with a virtually unlimited amount of storage space and also lets you determine who has access to see what. 

  • Create folders and sub-folders to centralize your project's document storage. 
  • Set and manage permissions on folders and documents. 
  • Track folders to monitor changes. 
  • Import options using email, fax, or from Procore Drive. 
  • Download individual files or the contents of an entire folder.
