To make documents and folders in your Document tool private by default, see the following steps:
- Navigate to the company's or project's (depending on which tab you would like to set this preference for) Documents tool.
- Click the Configure Settings icon on the right pane under your filter options.
- Under 'Document Settings', check the box "Documents and Folders by Default" to activate this setting. This will make all uploaded documents and folders for each project in Procore private by default.
