Recommended Learning Path for Procore Administrators

To help streamline the setup process, it's recommended that your internal company administrator who is responsible for setting up your new Procore account follow the instructions outlined below.
Note: Procore Administrators must have 'Admin' permissions at both the Company and Project levels.

Company Level Configurations

Welcome to Procore! The following instructions are for the person(s) at your company that will serve as your company's Procore administrator (i.e. the person responsible for setting up and configuring your Procore account). 

  1. Set Your Company Settings
  2. Request a Cost Code Import
  3. Set Default Cost Types (Cost Types)
  4. Custom Forms
  5. Install Procore's Mobile Application (iOSAndroid)
  6. Install Procore Drive (PC only)
