Important
For new bid packages in projects using Bid Management Enhanced Experience, the 'Default Bid Package Accounting Method' and 'Enable Non-Itemized Bidding by Default' settings are no longer available.
Instead of being restricted to one accounting method for an entire bid package, you have the flexibility to choose an accounting method for each line item in the 'Field Response Type' column on bid forms. For more information, see Bidding: Flexible Response Types.
- Click Settings to see the Default Bid Package Settings.
-
Bid Documents: Mark the checkbox to include downloadable files in the invitation to bid email.
-
Flexible Bid Due Date: Mark the checkbox to accept bid submissions after the bid package due date has passed.
-
Bid Reminder Emails: Enter the number of days before the bid due date to begin sending reminder emails.
-
Click Save.
User Permissions
- Click User Permissions.
- Set each user's permission for the Bidding tool according to your preferences:
- None
- Read Only
- Standard
- Admin
Note: See the Permissions Matrix to see what you can do at each permission level in Bidding.
- The settings are automatically saved.
