Check the Status of Your Bid
Objective
To check the status of a bid that you've submitted.
Background
If you were invited to bid on a project and submitted the winning bid, the project owner will award the bid and convert it to a purchase order or subcontract. Typically, the project owner will also send you an email notification with the subject line, 'Awarded Contract'.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Bidding tool.

- Additional Information:
- If you have been awarded the contract, you will receive an automated email notification with the subject line: 'Awarded Contract'. See Approve and Sign a Commitment Contract.
Prerequisites
- You must complete the steps in Submit a Bid.
Steps
- Open the 'Awarded Contract' notification in your email.
- Click the View This Contract link.
