Check the Status of Your Bid


To check the status of a bid that you've submitted.


If you were invited to bid on a project and submitted the winning bid, the project owner will award the bid and convert it to a purchase order or subcontract. Typically, the project owner will also send you an email notification with the subject line, 'Awarded Contract'.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Bidding tool.
  • Additional Information:



  1. Open the 'Awarded Contract' notification in your email.
  2. Click the View This Contract link.
