  • Support Representatives
    • The best resource for "how-to" questions or when things are not working as expected.
  • Customer Success Team
    • We will proactively monitor your account health, conduct quarterly business reviews (QBR), and keep you informed of the latest feature releases.
  • Renewals Account Executive
    • The best resource for contract related questions & discussions surrounding your renewal.

Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)

Quarterly Business Reviews will be scheduled and run by our Customer Success team. They are a valuable resource for answering questions, learning about product updates on new tools and getting an insightful understanding of how your company is using Procore.

The QBR agenda will include:

  • Developing business goals for your organization
  • Developing actionable items that will lead to better utilization of the Procore system
  • Insight to tool and user activity
  • Discussion best practices for newly-released Procore features

Keeping Your Company Engaged with Procore

  • Encourage Team Adoption
    • Offer a spiff/incentive! Focus on something specific that relates to your priorities.
  • Hold Recurring Meetings with Key Users
    • Led by Internal Procore Administrators, these meetings should focus on communicating any recent Procore updates and be a chance for users to ask questions about best practices and discuss amongst each other how Procore is helping in different areas.
    • Some companies choose to dedicate 10-15 min of Procore discussion into existing team meetings.
  • Ensure Use of Support Resources
    • To ensure people can quickly get their questions answered, periodically remind your users about our support resources.
  • Have a Training Plan for New Users
    • Having a repeatable documented plan makes it easy to get new users up and running.
  • Leverage Free Training Resources

Additional Client Resources

Recommended Terms & Conditions for Procore

Under the Terms & Conditions section of your Company Level Admin tool, you can add company-specific, legal language to specify the usage agreement for your company's implementation of the Procore system.

When enabled, users will be prompted and required to accept your specified "Terms and Conditions" when they log in to Procore to access your company's account for the first time. If users choose to not accept your terms and conditions, they will not be allowed to access your Procore account.

Recommended Project Manual Language for Procore

If you want to include the use of Procore into your project's specifications, you can use the following template as a guide for including Procore as an "Administrative Requirement" (01 30 00) specification within the project manual. It provides technical requirements around workflows, business processes, etc.

Welcome to Procore Email Templates

When rolling out Procore across your company or launching new projects, you may want to send a welcome email, informing them that Procore will be the used for managing projects. The contents of the email should include basic information about how to log in to Procore, access projects, and leverage documentation and support resources.
