Currently, the Data Extracts 2.0 tool can extract a copy of data from the following tools so that you can have a record of these items outside of Procore:
Note: An asterisk (*) denotes that you cannot choose whether to include attachments associated with the tool's items in the extract.

Procore Tools Details
Action Plans Extracts all action plans that exist in the project's Action Plans tool.
Bids Extracts all bids that exist in the project's Bidding tool. 
Change Events Extracts all change events that exist in the project's Change Events tool.
Change Orders* Extracts all change orders that exist in the Change Orders tool. Change orders are created in the project's Commitments and Prime Contract tools.  
Correspondence Extracts all correspondences that exist in the project's Correspondence tool. 
Daily Log Extracts a daily summary for each day of the project. See Daily Log. 
Directory* Extracts all contact data that exists in the project's Directory tool.
Documents* Extracts all documents that exist in the project's Documents tool.
