Okland uses the meetings tool to prepare and distribute a Pre-Installation agenda for every subcontractor performing work on a given project. This is to be reviewed in detail using Procore prior to MEET.

Okland uses the meetings tool to hold a mandatory Pre-Installation Meeting with every subcontractor prior to mobilization. Review contract requirements, schedule date of initial inspection, review quality inspection & frequency of follow-ups.

Okland utilizes the Inspection tool in Procore to create, review and conduct all quality control inspections in the filed. Every subcontractor is responsible for responding to open inspection items within Procore.

Okland utilizes the Observation tool in Procore to record and send electronically all daily field observations and issues. Subcontractors are responsible for responding and closing each observation in Procore for their respective company.

Okland utilizes the Punchlist tool in Procore to administer the punchlist process. Subcontractor will be notified of, and respond to all items within Procore. The Owner, Architect, and Engineers will utilize the software to create and give final approval for items on their respective punchlists.

Okland utilizes the Observation & Inspections tool in Procore to electronically document and distribute all safety issues. Subcontractors are responsible for addressing and responding to each safety observation in Procore.

Okland utilizes the Inspections tool for regular site safety audits and the Reporting tool to analyze and identify the leading safety risks on the project. These reports are reviewed weekly to mitigate risks and raise awareness on the jobsite.
