View a Meeting

To view a meeting in the project's Meetings tool.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • To view a meeting, 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Meetings tool.
    • To view a meeting marked 'Draft Meeting' or 'Private', you must have:
      • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Meetings tool.
      • 'Read Only' or 'Standard' level permissions on the project's Meetings tool and the user must be added to the 'Scheduled Attendees' list.
  • Additional Information:




  1. Navigate to the project's Meetings tool. 
  2. Click the Meeting Title.
  3. Click View next to agenda items to view details.
  4. Click the Related Items tab to view items added to the meeting. See Add a Related Item to a Meeting.
  5. Click the Emails  tab to view emails associated with the meeting. See Forward a Meeting by Email and Initiate an Email Communication Thread for a Meeting.
  6. Click the Change History tab to view the meeting's history. See View the Change History of a Meeting.
