View the Change History of a Meeting

Objective

To view the change history of a meeting in the project's Meetings tool. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permission:
    • 'Admin' level permission on the project's Meetings tool. 

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Meetings tool.
    This reveals the Meeting Agendas/Minutes page. 
  2. Locate the desired meeting in the list. Then click Edit
    This opens the selected meeting in edit mode. 
  3. Click the Change History tab. 
    This reveals the Change History page. 
    Note: If you are viewing the change history for a follow-up meeting, the change history will include changes from the source meeting. See Create a Follow-Up Meeting.
    • Date. The date and time the change was made. 
    • Action By. The user who performed the change. 
    • Changed. Details the change that was made.
    • From. Depending on the change made, this field shows different information. For example, if the status was changed from Open to Closed, this field would show Open. 
    • To. Depending on the change made, this field shows different information. For example, if the status was changed from Open to Closed, this field would show Closed.
