QUALITY
Okland’s Quality Control Program is designed to deliver consistent, best-in-class, repeatable results across all projects. The objective is to eliminate rework through positive communication and proactive measures. The pre-installation meeting and initial inspection are the two key components of this plan.
PREPARE - PRE-INSTALLATION AGENDA Okland uses the meetings tool to prepare and distribute a Pre-Installation agenda for every subcontractor performing work on a project. This is to be reviewed in detail using Procore prior to meeting. Agenda ► Distribute ► Review in Procore |
MEET - PRE-INSTALLATION MEETING Okland uses the meetings tool to schedule a mandatory Pre-Installation Meeting with every subcontractor prior to mobilization. Meetings allow project teams to review contract requirements, schedule a date of initial inspection, review quality inspections, and determine frequency of follow-ups. INSPECT - INITIAL & FOLLOW-UP QUALITY INSPECTIONS Okland utilizes the Inspection tool in Procore to create, review and conduct all quality control inspections in the field. OBSERVE - DAILY FIELD OBSERVATIONS Okland utilizes the Observation tool in Procore to record and electronically send out all daily field observations and issues. PUNCHLIST - PRE-PUNCH & FINAL PUNCHLISTS Okland utilizes the Punchlist tool in Procore to administer the punchlist process. Subcontractors will be notified and prompted to respond to all items within Procore. SAFETY REPORTING Okland utilizes the Inspections tool for regular site safety audits and the Reporting tool to analyze and identify the leading safety risks on the project. These reports are reviewed weekly in order to mitigate risk and raise awareness on the jobsite. Review Report |
