The following table highlights which user permissions are required to perform the described user action.
- Denotes an action supported in Procore's iOS and/or Android mobile application.
1 Users with 'Standard' level permissions can close out a punch list item that they have created, but can not close out punch list items that other users have created.
2 'Standard' level users can only list 'Admin' level users as the 'Assignee' on a punch list item.
3 Users with 'Standard' level permissions can only change the status of a punch list item if they are listed as an assignee on that punch list item.
4 Users with 'Read-only' or 'Standard' level permissions can view all open punch items unless the item has been marked as 'Private'. To view all punch items assigned to colleagues within the user's same company, including punch items marked as 'Private', the user must be granted the 'View All Company Punch Items' granular permission. 5 Users with 'Standard' and above level permissions can only respond to punch items to which they have been assigned. To respond to punch items assigned to colleagues within the user's same company (including punch items marked as 'Private'), 'Read Only' and 'Standard' level users must be granted the 'Resolve Punch Items Assigned to Users Within Same Company' granular permission.
