1 Anyone who knows the inbound email address can send an email to the project's Emails tool, whether or not they are a Procore user. See Send an Inbound Email to the Project's Emails Tool.
2 The ability to set up an email signature is available under your name in the top-right corner of the Procore web application by selecting the 'My Settings' menu option.
The following table highlights which user permissions are typically granted to a user based on their job role on a project. A user's permissions for a specific tool are granted on a per project basis.
