If you are a user with a profile in Procore's Directory tools, there are a few reasons why you might not be receiving email messages sent from the Procore application.
If you are not receiving emails from Procore at the email address that you use to sign into Procore, it is possible that your Procore user account is configured to NOT receive messages (this can affect password reset emails, among others).
To change your account configuration, contact your company's Procore Administrator. Then ask them to configure your account as follows:
If you discover that all of the users ar your company are unable to receive emails from Procore, it is possible that the Procore domains have not been added to the whitelist for your email server or email protection solution. A whitelist is a list of trusted email addresses and senders domains that instructs your system to always receive email from the defined sender. After being placed on a whitelist, the system then considers the messages from the domain or IP address as safe.
To address this issue, a user with the appropriate permissions for your specific email server or security solution will need to add the following information to the whitelist. See the Help system for your email server or email protection solution for specific instructions about how to update its whitelist.
After updating your system's whitelist, your Procore users should then be able to receive email messages from Procore. If for some reason adding the information to your whitelist does not resolve this problem, contact your Procore point of contact or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
