Below are the notable changes related to free Procore accounts.
When creating a free account, users will be able to search for their company and request to join it, if it already exists in Procore. If their company is not listed, users can sign up for a free account for their company. See Create a Free Procore Company Account.
Free Procore Company Accounts are now available in Canada! Companies can create their free Procore company accounts to view and access your Procore projects and bids, manage your team and business profile, and more. See the Free Account User Guide to learn how to create and use your free Procore company account.
Note: Currently free accounts are limited to businesses outside of Quebec.
When people create a free Procore account, if their company already exists, they can request to join it. System Administrators for the company receive an email notification. They can log in to Procore and accept or decline the request. See Accept or Deny a User's Request to Join Your Free Procore Company Account.
Procore has added the ability to refer other businesses to join the Procore Construction Network. From your free account homepage, you can create a referal link to share via email, social media platforms, or communication applications. See Invite Companies to Join the Procore Construction Network.
The six most recent projects you viewed have been added to your homepage, making it easy to continue the work you have in progress. See Navigate to a Project from Your Free Procore Account.
Companies listed on the Procore Construction Network can edit the company logo that displays on your business page. See Edit Your Company Information for the Procore Construction Network.
Procore has added new activity metrics for businesses listed on the Procore Construction Network. These metrics including Total Projects in Procore, RFIs Completed on Procore Projects, Average Project Size, and more. This information is intended to give you a better understanding for how a company in the network works within Procore. Companies listed on the Procore Construction Network can display their business classifications, such as Small Business (SBE), Minority Business (MBE), Women's Business (WBE), etc., on their business profile. If you have a free Procore account, you now have additional features available in the Procore Construction Network for reviewing and submitting bids that you have been invited to. Instead of being taken to Procore's Planroom tool after opening a bid in your account, you can now view and manage bids, add estimates, and submit a bid from the Bid Board tool in your account.
