July 2026

Below are the notable changes to the Procore web application for the month of July 2026.

Maps - Enabled Project Address Marker on All Maps (07/29/2026)

The Maps tool (Web) supports the project location marker now on all maps. It is no longer limited to maps with Locations enabled. Clicking the marker centers and zooms the map to the project's pin, opening a popover that displays the project's address or coordinates (if available for the project) with a close button. The update also includes styling changes to the address search marker so that both the project address pin and the address search pin highlight on hover. The project address also appears in the search bar above "My Current Location" on maps for quick access. Both the project address marker and the address search marker pins help you to identify project locations and searched locations, respectively. See View Items on the Map.

Procore AI - Digital Coworker Packages Now Available (07/23/2026)

Procore AI is now available with the purchase of a Digital Coworker package. From the side panel in Procore, your team can work with construction-tailored AI and specialized agents to find project information faster, reduce rework, and surface insights across your projects. Access scales with your Digital Coworker tier: Starter Pack includes 5 ready-to-use agents, Pro expands to 20 agents, and Enterprise adds a customizable agent suite plus Agent Studio for building your own agents. From the Company Admin tool, account administrators can manage which projects and users have access to Procore AI. Higher tiers also unlock capabilities such as agent automation, and voice interaction is available across all tiers. To learn more, see About Procore AI.

Procore AI & Datagrid - Monitor and Manage Credit Usage in Control Tower (07/23/2026)

Account administrators can now monitor AI credit usage and set hard credit limits from Control Tower, available with every Procore AI Digital Coworker package as well as in Datagrid standalone. Control Tower is the new name for the ‘Reports’ section in Datagrid. The same credit monitoring reports are available there, along with a new Budgeting tab where you can set daily and monthly credit limits at the account level. When usage approaches your chosen limit, admins are notified. If the limit is reached, AI access pauses to protect the balance and reserve credits for projects that need them the most. Learn more about credit monitoring and budgeting.

Materials - Import Requirements to Final State (07/23/2026)

When importing materials requirements, they are now imported directly to a 'Final' state. This means that Requirements can be more easily updated, and that submitting and finalizing are no longer required. See Create Materials Requirements.

Procore AI and Datagrid - Automate Agents (07/23/2026)

With a Digital Coworker or Datagrid Enterprise package, you can now automate your agents, so work moves forward without someone manually initiating the agent. From an agent's configuration panel, open Automations to set up when and how that agent runs. Choose between two types:

  • Scheduled – Run an agent on a set frequency, such as every day or monthly. Best for recurring work, like routine project summaries or standing reviews.

  • App event – Run an agent when something happens in Procore, such as an RFI creation or submittal update. The agent can run actions like analysis or draft generation to help you react to project activity as it occurs.

Users can test the automation before activating it and choose where its output is delivered. Digital Coworker Pro customers can use automations through two agents built for common event-driven workflows: the RFI Triggered Agent and the Submittal Triggered Agent, which can be set to run automatically when those events occur in Procore. See Set Up Agent Automations.

Procore BIM Plugin: Version 1.6.0 (07/23/2026)

Procore enhanced the Procore BIM Plugin to support Procore Document Management (PDM) as a model repository source, allowing users to export and save files directly to PDM from Autodesk® Revit® and Navisworks®. This also introduced batch-exporting for multiple NWC files from Revit® 3D views and improved the Clash Manager interface to prevent unwanted window focus changes. To learn more, see Procore BIM Plugin: Data Change Log.
