MATERIALS - Materials Tool Generally Available (06/30/2026)

The Materials tool brings powerful, industry-leading materials management capabilities to the Procore platform for current and future Procore customers.

Materials includes core material management flows, including insights into the supply chain, receiving and managing material inventory, as well as issuing and tracking materials as they are being moved or installed on the job site. Learn more about the Materials tool.

Procore BIM Plugin: Version 1.5.0 (06/19/2026)

Equipment - Import to Bulk Update Equipment Records (06/18/2026)

Bulk edits can now be made to equipment by uploading an updated file to the Company Equipment tool. See Import Equipment Records to the Company Equipment Tool.

Equipment - Create Project-Specific Unmanaged Equipment (06/18/2026)

You can now track temporary or rented equipment using the 'Project-Only Equipment' feature. Create these basic equipment records directly in the Daily Log, Incidents, or Inspections tools, then view the full list under the 'Project Only Equipment' tab. Document Management: Document Placeholder Enhancements (06/17/2026)

Procore has released new enhancements for Document Placeholders, closing the loop on outstanding project deliverables. This update includes the following capabilities: 

• My Open Items Integration: Unfulfilled placeholders automatically surface as tasks in My Open Items at both the project and company levels, updating dynamically based on assignees and due dates.

• Daily Email Digests: Automated digest notifications are sent to configured recipients daily at 4:00 PM local project time for 5 key events: placeholders assigned, due tomorrow, overdue, files uploaded, and documents submitted.

• Intelligent File Merging: Uploaded files auto-merge into placeholders on exact name, format, and metadata matches, while a dedicated review interface allows users to resolve close matches, confirm exact matches, or reject incorrect pairings.

analytics - Enhanced Data Explorer (06/16/2026)

Procore has updated the Data Explorer within the Analytics tool with the following features:

• Fields:

  • New Columns: Added “Procore UI & 360 Name”, “Procore API Name”, and “Data Origin” columns. These columns show how Analytics fields are labeled across the entire Procore platform and provide clear visibility into the data source. 

  • Updated Column: Renamed the existing “Name” column to “Analytics Name” to clearly distinguish Analytics fields from other Procore field names.

• Tables:

  • New Column: Added a “Package” column to help you quickly identify the data package associated with each Analytics table.

These enhancements make it easier to cross-reference and compare field names between Analytics, 360 Reporting, the Procore API, and the Procore User Interface (UI), saving you time when building Power BI reports or integrations. See About Data Explorer.

Company Admin Tool - T&M Ticket Settings Modernization (06/16/2026)

Procore modernized the T&M Ticket Settings in the Company Admin tool to support a more unified customer experience and improved operational efficiency. All visuals and functionality remains the same.

Resource Planning - New Assignments Tab when Viewing People Details (06/16/2026)

When you open a person’s profile from the People list in Resource Planning, a new Assignments tab shows their past and upcoming assignments in one place—their full assignment history at the company level. You can also create a new assignment from that profile, so you can place people on work while you are already reviewing who they are and what they have been assigned to. Coordination Issues: Control Privacy with ‘Private’ Issues (06/16/2026)

Procore is introducing Private Issues to help BIM teams reduce project noise and maintain focus. Users can now mark coordination issues as ‘Private’ to restrict visibility to only the Creator, Assignee, and Watchers. This ensures that sensitive or in-progress discussions remain confidential until they are ready for the broader project team. Unified Directory Search in Bidding (06/16/2026)

Procore has introduced a unified "Single Contractor View" within the Bidding tool. This feature combines your local Company Directory with the Procore Construction Network into one comprehensive view. General Contractors can now find, filter, and manage subcontractors for bidding purposes without switching between different systems. See Add Bidders to a Bid Form.

Procore Imports: Enterprise Installation MSI Files Now Available (06/16/2026)

Procore has released .msi package installer files for Procore Imports. This update is designed to help enterprise IT administrators easily manage mass application deployments across company devices. This update includes the following capabilities: 

• Mass Deployment: Empowers IT administrators to execute silent or unattended installations across all network devices seamlessly.

• Enhanced Security: Aligns with enterprise IT security strategies by utilizing standardized MSI files rather than EXE installers.

• Administrative Control: Resolves privilege issues for system-level installs, eliminating the need for non-admin writeable installation folders.

• No Workflow Disruptions: Standard manual installation options remain unchanged on the support site. MSI files are simply additional, downloadable alternatives.

Company Admin Tool - Timesheets Settings Modernization (06/16/2026)

Procore modernized the Timesheets Settings in the Company Admin tool to support a more unified customer experience and improved operational efficiency. All visuals and functionality remains the same.

360 Reporting - June Data Release (06/16/2026)

Procore is releasing the June 2026 data update for the 360 Reporting tool, enhancing reporting capabilities for all users. This release will expand the available data columns and objects to enhance reporting capabilities across multiple tools. Bulk Assignee Replacement for Workflows (06/16/2026)

Procore now offers Bulk Assignee Replacement, letting Company Admins replace or delegate workflow assignees across many projects in a single action. Both permanent replacements and temporary delegations are supported, and every change automatically flows through to workflow presets and in-flight instances. All bulk replacements are recorded in a dedicated Activity Log with detailed filters and error tracking. To learn more, see Bulk Replace Workflow Assignees.

Photos - Added Internal Share Links to Albums and Photos (06/16/2026)

You can now quickly copy and share direct links to specific photo albums and individual photos within the Photos tool (Web). This link sharing functionality streamlines internal collaboration by letting team members point each other to exact visual assets without manual attachments. This enhancement includes the following capabilities:

• Album view – Hover over an album name to see a "Copy Album Link" option.

• Modernized Photo Viewer – A "Copy Link" action in the header generates a direct link to the current photo.

• Copied links can be pasted into internal emails or chats, taking recipients straight to the relevant asset and its metadata.

Note: These share links are for internal use only. Access is restricted to authorized users with existing permissions within the Procore account. Attempting to open a link without access will redirect to the login page. Public or external sharing of images and albums is not supported. App Management - App Upgrades to Preserve Embedded App and DMSA Configurations (06/16/2026)

App Upgrades in App Management now preserves your embedded app configurations and DMSA service account settings across version updates. When an updated version introduces new DMSA permissions, those permissions are applied automatically to any project that doesn't yet have a permission template assigned. If the new version adds required or optional embedded app fields, admins are guided through a setup step to fill them in before the upgrade completes.

Company Admin - Launch Partial Copy Sandbox with Enhanced Settings & Data Migration Options (06/16/2026)

Procore now enables customers to create and decommission on-demand sandboxes in a new Sandbox Management section within the Company Admin tool, giving teams more control for testing and improving Procore usage. On-Demand Sandbox supports copying essential company settings, plus copying project financial data and financial settings to help streamline dev-to-test-to-prod workflows. Emails - Enhanced Rich Text Editor (06/16/2026)

Procore has upgraded the rich text editor within the Project level Emails tool to provide a more powerful and seamless email authoring experience, allowing users to format text faster using inline tools, apply quick Markdown keyboard shortcuts for structures like headings and blockquotes, and paste content directly from external applications like Microsoft Word and Google Docs without losing original styles, dynamic inline tables, or hyperlinks.

Timesheets - Drafts Available on iOS Tablets (06/16/2026)

You can now save in-progress timesheets as a draft when using iOS tablets, so that you may review and edit time throughout the day before final submission. Drafts are supported both Line and Grid based entry and saved one draft per device per project. Create a Timesheet (iOS).

Document Management: Native SharePoint Integration (06/16/2026)

Procore has released a native SharePoint integration within the Document Management tool, allowing users to browse and link files directly into Procore. This feature eliminates manual downloading and re-uploading, drastically improving the speed, consistency, and reliability of document intake workflows. This release offers:

• Seamless Login, Access, and Browsing: Log in, access files, and navigate through accessible SharePoint directories directly inside both the file-browsing modal and Document Management after a quick, one-time Microsoft 365 authentication.

• Bulk Uploads: Link up to 500 files per upload asynchronously (up to 1 GB per file; empty files are blocked).

• Efficiency: Replaces manual transfer steps and expensive third-party tools while maintaining standard upload workflows.

App Management - Insight Widgets for Integration Visibility (06/16/2026)

App Management now includes two new widgets summarizing how installed apps are using your Procore account over the last 30 days. API Traffic Direction shows the percentage and absolute call counts for inbound (writes into Procore) versus outbound (reads from Procore) API activity. Active vs. Inactive Integrations shows how many installed apps are in active use versus dormant.

Timesheets - Project Level Field Production Report Modernization (06/16/2026)

Directory - Improved User Company Assignment (06/16/2026)

Now when assigning a company to a user, you will see the company’s address in the drop-down menu. You can search for a company by name or company address. See Add a User to a Company in the Company Directory.

Workflows - New Side Panel Filtering for Correspondence (06/16/2026)

Procore has introduced a new side panel filter UI in the History panel for the Correspondence tool, enabling real-time filtering for comments and attachments. The Side Panel Filtering feature allows users to quickly expand and view relevant activity, while administrators can set default filters for the Correspondence tool at the company level to determine what top-page content history auto-expands when a user first enters the panel.

RFIs - Simplified RFI Actions and Cleaner List Views (06/16/2026)

The RFI tool now features easy-to-read action buttons instead of simple icons, making it more obvious how to respond or manage a request. To keep your page clean and organized, fields like Assignees and Distribution Lists now hide extra names after the first ten entries. These changes simplify your experience and help you find the information you need without unnecessary clutter. See Respond to an RFI.

Incidents - Editable Incident Numbering (06/16/2026)

Procore updated the Incidents tool to let you edit incident numbers, giving you more control over how your safety records are organized. This feature allows your team to close gaps in a sequence, fix numbering mistakes, and match your Procore logs with your company’s specific filing standards. These changes ensure your records stay accurate and easy to track across all your projects. By making these numbers flexible, we help you maintain a clean and professional documentation history. Project Admin - Optional Visibility for the ‘Quickbooks Customer’ Field (06/15/2026)

To provide greater control over the Project Admin interface, Procore has introduced a new company-level setting to manage the visibility of the ‘Quickbooks Customer’ field. By default, the field will remain visible on the Project Admin (Edit) form to ensure no disruption to existing workflows. However, Company Admins who do not utilize this field now have the flexibility to disable it within their company settings to create a more streamlined experience for their project users.

Daily Log - Improved Filtering Experience (06/08/2026)

Procore has improved how the Daily Log tool (web) responds to applied filters, so both data calculations and table visibility now dynamically reflect your filtered results. The tool now displays relevant results instead of showing every log type even when there are no matches. This enhancement highlights the following:

• Filter-aware manpower totals: When filters are applied, manpower totals (hours and workers) now recalculate to reflect only the matching logs. This works across single-select, multi-select, and combined filters.

• Contextual log type visibility: Only log type tables with matching results are displayed when filters are active. Tables with no matching data are automatically hidden until filters are cleared. If no results match any filter, a clear empty state is shown.

Previously, manpower totals always reflected the full dataset regardless of filters, and all log type tables remained visible even when irrelevant. This made it harder to trust totals, increased scrolling, and created confusion when focusing on a specific subset of data. These improvements give you a clearer, more accurate, and streamlined filtered view — especially useful for high-volume projects. See Search for and Filter the Daily Log.

Resource Planning - People QR Code Label Printing (06/02/2026)

You can now bulk generate and print QR codes for people in a print and label-ready format. The person's full name and employee ID are printed on the label. Additional information can be configured to display upon scanning. Create QR Codes for People.

Change Events - Warning Modal for Mixed Prime Contract Change Event Line Items (Beta) (06/01/2026)

Procore displays an inline warning modal in ERP-integrated projects when users attempt to add Change Event Line Items (CELIs) tied to different prime contracts into a single Prime Contract Change Order (PCO) or Prime Contract Commitment Change Order (PCCO), or when the budget code selected in a CELI does not exist on the selected prime contract. Change Events warning modal alert allows you to fix errors before submission while still giving you the flexibility to proceed.
