Beginning today and over the coming weeks, an enhanced Procore login experience is being released to users. This enhancement improves the user experience by displaying the password field only after entering an email address. The login page no longer shows the option to enter a Procore password for users utilizing Single Sign-On (SSO) with identity providers like Okta or Microsoft Entra. To learn more, see How to Log In to Procore.

Summary of Change
Project Template Enhancements for Documents Tool
Project templates now carry over files in the Documents tool to projects created from those templates. These changes will impact projects created from project templates moving forward, and do not impact existing projects already created using a template.
With this improvement, save time by not having to re-upload files that each project reuses. See What gets copied over to a new project from a project template? for details.
Reports (Company Level)
Summary of Change
360 Reporting: Additional User Activity Fields & Filters
Starting June 19th, the User Activity report in Procore’s 360 Reporting tool will have eight new fields and filters: User Is Active, User Role, User Job Title, User Default Permission Template, User Last Log In Date, User Log In Email, User is Authorized Bidder, and Project Is Demo. These additions provide construction stakeholders with more granular insights for improved decision-making. See the ‘User Activity’ chapter of the 360 Reporting: Data Guide for details.
Resource Planning Data Enters Open Beta in 360 Reporting
Resource Planning data moved from closed to open beta in Procore’s 360 Reporting platform. Create impactful reports on your project and people data by participating in this beta while we refine functionality to add value across diverse use cases. Custom fields are included. See a list of the Resource Planning fields and object joins in the ‘Resource Management’ chapter of our 360 Reporting: Data Guide.
Custom Fields from Documents tool Included in Enhanced Reporting
Procore’s 360 Reporting tool now includes custom fields from documents and document folders. This allows you to tailor reports to specific project needs by reporting on custom field data from the Documents tool.
‘Load Data Manually’ Defaults to ‘On’ in 360 Reporting
The ‘Load Data Manually’ toggle in Procore’s 360 Reporting tool now defaults to the on position, allowing you to finalize report adjustments before the new data populates. Reduce wait time and streamline your workflow when editing large or complex reports by keeping the ‘Load Data Manually’ toggled on so you can manually refresh the data with a simple click of the ‘Load Data’ when you’re ready. You can always toggle off ‘Load Data Manually’ to enable automatic updates. This toggle change is in a phased release and will gradually become available to all accounts over the next week. See Edit a Company 360 Report to learn more.
