For a user to be designated as an 'Assignee' on an RFI, the following must be true:
- The user account be added the project's Directory tool.
- The user account must be granted 'Standard' level permission or higher on the RFIs tool.
To have the ability to designate a user as an 'Assignee' on an RFI, you must have 'Admin' level permission on the RFIs tool. You can also add assignees to the RFI when the RFI is in the 'Draft' or 'Open' status. When a 'Draft' RFI is placed into the 'Open' status, the system will designate the assignee(s) as having Ball In Court responsibility.
