Why am I unable to assign users to a RFQ?

If there are no users appearing in the RFQ's Assignee drop-down menu, make sure the following are true for the user:

  1. The user must have 'Standard' level permissions on the project's Commitments tool.
  2. The user must have access to that particular commitment by being selected from the 'Private' drop-down in the commitment's General subtab. 
  3. The user must be associated with the subcontracting company that is tied to the subcontract. In other words, they must be added to that company in the project's Directory.
