The following table highlights which user permissions are required to perform the described user action.

* Users can only edit, distribute, delete, and view the reports they created.

The Company Level Open Submittals Report must be enabled on the backend by Procore. See Request to Enable the Open Submittals Report

Job Role

The following table highlights which user permissions are typically granted to a user based on their job role on a project. A user's permissions for a specific tool are granted on a per project basis.
