If you are a Payor...

Only a Payments Admin can perform these tasks when using Procore Pay.

Open Deposit Accounts:
Open a deposit account for Procore Pay

Add Funding Accounts:
Link a bank account to fund drawdown requests

Edit Funding Accounts:
Edit your account information

Set a Default Account:
Set the default funding account for Procore Pay

Deactivate Accounts:
Deactivate a funding account

View Business Entities:
See a list of your company's business entities

Approve Beneficiary Accounts:
Approve bank accounts to receive payments

If you are a payee...

When Procore Pay is being used to receive payments, the named beneficiary company must add a bank account to receive payments. Only the Payment Admins (for paid Procore accounts) and Systems Admins (for free Procore accounts) at the beneficiary company can manage their bank account information.

Add Bank Accounts:
Link your bank account to get paid

Edit Bank Accounts:
Edit your bank account information

View Bank Accounts:
See a list of all the linked bank accounts

Deactivate Bank Accounts:
