What is your role?

When using Procore Pay to send payments with Goldman Sachs TxB, authorized users for the payor and payee can manage their Procore project invoices using the Invoice Management tools in the Procore web application. Lien waivers are powered by Levelset, a Procore Company.

For Payors

Invoice administrators and users granted 'Admin' level permissions on the Company Admin tool can manage your company's project invoices using the Project level Commitments and Invoicing tools in the Procore web application.

Send an Invite:
I want to send an invoice contact an invite to submit a bill

Create an Invoice:
I want to create an invoice on behalf of an invoice contact

Review an Invoice:
I want to review an invoice submitted by an invoice contact

Manage Lien Waivers:
I want to learn how to manage lien waivers on project invoices

Manage Holds:
I want to learn how to manage payment holds on project invoices

View Requirements:
I want to view the payment requirements on a project invoice

For Payees

Invoice contacts who are provided 'Read Only' level permissions on the Commitments tool in the payor environment can be invited to submit an invoice. Once invited, invoice contacts can perform these tasks using the project's Commitments tool in the Procore web application.

Submit Invoices:
I received an invite to bill and want to submit an invoice

Manage Lien Waivers:
I want to learn how to view and sign lien waivers on a project invoice
