Core Tools

Admin
Ability to Remove Custom Fields from a Fieldset

You can now remove custom fields from a fieldset. Removing the custom field will not delete the field or any of its data. See Remove Custom Fields from Configurable Fieldsets

Portfolio
New Icons to Indicate Test Projects and Project Templates

In the Portfolio List view, projects designated as Test Projects or Project Templates now have an info icon next to their name. When users hover over the icon, a tooltip displays to indicate whether the project is a Test Project or a Project Template. See What is a Test Project? and What is a Project Template?

Project Management

Drawings
Create an RFI from a Drawing on Procore Web

Users with 'Standard' or 'Admin' permissions are now able to create RFIs directly from a drawing markup in the Drawings tool on Procore's web application. See Create or Link RFIs on a Drawing.
Note: Only Draft RFIs can be created using this method. To edit an RFI's status or add additional information, see Edit an RFI.

Observations
Create Custom Fields for Observations Tool

Company Admin users can now create custom fields for the Observation tool using configurable fieldsets. See Create New Custom Fields. These custom fields will function like other fields in Procore and can be included in reports in the Company and Project level Reports tools. 

Submittals
Updates to the Submittal Workflow Table

Procore has updated the Submittal Workflow table in the project's Submittals tool. See Upload and Submit a SubmittalRespond to a Submittal as an Approver, and Edit a Submittal Response.
