Add Quantities to a Timesheet

To add quantities to a timesheet that can then be tracked in the Production Quantity Report.


Production quantities are the finished product that the team installs on site, such as square feet of concrete wall, number of light fixtures, or linear feet of piping. Quantities that are entered on a timesheet can then be tracked against the uploaded budgeted quantities in the Production Quantity Report.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permission:

    • 'Admin' level permission on the project's Timesheets tool.
    • 'Standard' level permission on the project's Timesheets tool AND creator of the timesheet.


Now that you have filled out your timesheet, perform the following actions before you submit:

  1. Click Submit and Add Quantities.
    Note: This button will be disabled if quantities have not been uploaded in to the project. See Set Up a Production Quantity Report.
    This reveals the Add Quantities page.
    Note: Only cost codes that have an imported budgeted quantity associated with it will be added.

  2. Enter an amount in the Units Installed field.
    Note: The Unit of Measure and Percent Complete fields will be pre-filled from the data entered in the Budgeted Production Quantity import.

  3. Click Submit.
