Edit Company Office Locations


To edit your company's office locations.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permission:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the company's Admin tool.


  1. Navigate to the company's Admin tool.
    This reveals the 'Company Settings' page. 
  2. Scroll down to the 'Office Settings' section.
  3. Click Edit next to the desired office.

    This opens the 'Office for <Your Company Name>' window. 
  4. Edit the office information as needed:

    • Office Name. Enter the name for the office. 
    • Phone. Enter the phone number in the NANP format [e.g., (800) 555-0100].
    • Fax. Enter the phone number in the NANP format [e.g., (800) 555-0100].
    • Address. Enter the office address (e.g., 222 Coast Blvd). 
    • City. Enter the city. Spell out the full city name in this field (e.g., La Jolla).
    • Country/State. Select the Country and State from the drop-down lists. 
    • Zip. Enter the ZIP code in the box. 
    • Upload Office Logo. Click Choose File to upload a logo for the office, if desired. 
  5. Click Save
    The system saves your changes. 
  6. Select which one of your offices is the corporate office by choosing the appropriate option button in the Corporate Office column.

  7. Scroll to the bottom of the 'Company Settings' page.
  8. Click Save Changes
