Switch Between Views in the Project Directory


To switch between the different views in the Project Directory.


You can view the data in your Project Directory from a variety of different views, which include: UsersCompaniesDistribution GroupsInactive Users, and Inactive Companies

Things to Consider 

  • Required User Permission:
    • 'Read-only' level permission or higher on the project's Directory tool. 
  • Additional Information:
    • Users with 'Admin' level permission on the company's Directory tool also have access to these additional features:
      • The "Permission Template (Default)" column in the Users tab
      • The Inactive Users tab
      • The Inactive Companies tab




  1. Navigate to the project's Directory tool.
    This reveals the Directory page.
  2. Choose from these options:
    • Default View. Click this link to view Procore's default Directory experience. 
    • Legacy View. Click this link to view Procore's legacy experience. 
      The default view is Users.
  3. Click the appropriate tab to sort the data in the order defined by the available views:
