Search for and Filter Coordination Issues
Objective
To search for and filter coordination issues.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Coordination Issues tool.
- Additional Information:
- You can combine search and filter parameters to narrow down results further (e.g. enter a term in the Search bar, and then add a filter in addition to the search).
Steps
Follow steps from one of the following options:
- From the Procore Plugin for Coordination Issues
- From the Documents Plugin for Autodesk®

From the Procore Plugin for Coordination Issues
Search for Coordination Issues
- Open the Navisworks® application on your computer.
- Click the Procore tab to open up the Procore plug-in.
Tip! Click the title bar of the Procore plug-in and drag it to the right side panel so you can easily view both Procore and your model at the same time. - Open the model in which you're working.
Note: Make sure the model is associated with a project in Procore. See Associate a Model with a Procore Project. - Click the All Issues tab to view all issues in the project that you have access to.
OR
Click the Assigned to Me tab to view all issues in the project that are assigned to you. - Type a keyword in the Search field.
The following fields can be searched:- Title
- Number
- Assignee Company
Note: If the assignee has no company, search by "no company."
- Click the magnifying glass icon or press ENTER on your keyboard to initiate the search.
The system reveals a list that matches your search criteria.
Note: To exit out of the search, click the X icon in the Search bar.
Filter Coordination Issues
- Open the Navisworks® application on your computer.
- Click the Procore tab to open up the Procore plug-in.

Note: Make sure the model is associated with a project in Procore. See Associate a Model with a Procore Project. - Click the All Issues tab to view all issues in the project that you have access to.
OR
Click the Assigned to Me tab to view all issues in the project that are assigned to you. - Click the filter
icon.
- Mark the checkboxes next to the filters you want to apply.
Choose from the following filter options:- Created Date
- Due Date
- Assignee
- Assignee Company
- Location
- Status
Note: The filters can be applied and combined with each other to narrow down results.
- Complete the information for the selected fields in each filter applied.
- Click Apply.
The system reveals a list that matches your filter parameters.
Note: A badge icon will appear on the filter icon if filters are applied. To clear a filter, clear any fields and unmark the checkbox next to the filter.
From the Documents Plugin for Autodesk
Search for Coordination Issues
- Open Revit® on your computer.
- Navigate to a 3D view in the project browser of Revit®.
- Click the Procore tab.
- Click Coordination Issues.
- In the Coordination Issues side panel, select the project in Procore.
- Click the All Issues tab to view all issues in the project that you have access to.
OR
Click the Assigned to Me tab to view all issues in the project that are assigned to you. - Enter a keyword into the search field.
- Click the magnifying glass icon or press ENTER on your keyboard to initiate the search.
Note: To exit out of the search, click the X icon in the Search bar.
Filter Coordination Issues
- Open Revit® on your computer.
- Navigate to a 3D view in the project browser of Revit®.
- Click the Procore tab.
- Click Coordination Issues.
- In the Coordination Issues side panel, select the project in Procore.
- Click the All Issues tab to view all issues in the project that you have access to.
OR
Click the Assigned to Me tab to view all issues in the project that are assigned to you. - Click the filter
icon.
- Choose from the following filter options:
- Created Date
- Due Date
- Assignee
- Assignee Company
- Location
- Status
Note: The filters can be applied and combined with each other to narrow down results.
- Click Apply.
From the Coordination Issues Tool
Search for Coordination Issues
- Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool on app.procore.com.
- Type a keyword or phrase the Search box.
- Press ENTER or click the
magnifying glass.
- The search checks the Title and Number fields for matching issues.
Filter Coordination Issues
- Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool on app.procore.com.
- Click Add Filter to open the Filters panel.
- Select any filters to apply to the coordination issues table:

Most filters are drop-down lists. An asterisk (*) below indicates the filter is a checkbox.- Assigned to Me*
- Overdue*
- Assignee
- Assignee Company
- Created By
- Created From
- Location
- Priority
- Source File
- Status
- Trade
- Type
Configure Columns
- Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool on app.procore.com.
- Click Configure to open the Table Settings panel.
- Choose from these options:
- To show a column, move a toggle to the right.
- To hide a column, move a toggle to the left.
- To show all available columns, click Show All.
Sort Coordination Issues
- Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool on app.procore.com.
- Click any of the column headers. To show or hide columns, see Configure Columns.
- Click any column header to sort the table:
- An up arrow indicates ascending sort order.
- A down arrow indicates descending sort order.
Adjust Columns with the More Options Menu
- Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool on app.procore.com.
- At the top of each column, click the
vertical ellipsis to open a More Options menu.
- Choose from these options:
- Pin Column: Locks the column on the Left or Right side of the screen so it stays visible while you scroll horizontally. Also includes a No Pin option.
- Autosize This Column: Adjusts the width of the selected column to fit its content.
- Autosize All Columns: Adjusts the width of every column in the table at once.
- Hide Column: Removes the column from your view.
- Sort By This Column: Organizes all rows in the table based on the data in that column (e.g., Ascending, Descending, or Column Not Sorted).
- Reset Columns: Returns all columns to their original default size, order, and position.
