Edit a Coordination Issue

Objective

 

To edit a coordination issue.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' permissions on the project's Coordination Issues tool.
    • Users with 'Standard' permissions can edit coordination issues that they have created.

Steps

From the Procore Plugin (Recommended
  1. Open the Navisworks Manage application on your computer.
  2. Open the model you're working with.
    Note: Make sure the model is associated with a project in Procore. See Associate a Model with a Procore Project.
  3. Click the Procore tab to open up the Procore plugin.
    Tip! Click the title bar of the Procore plugin and drag it to the right, left, bottom, or top of your application or to another monitor so you can view both Procore and your model at the same time. 
  4. Click the Issues icon to open up the Issues tool. 
  5. In the All Issues list, hover over the issue you want to edit.
  6. Click Details
  7. Click into any field on the view page to edit it.
    Note: To edit the viewpoint snapshot, edit the viewpoint and/or markups in Navisworks.
  8. Changes are automatically saved.
From the Coordination Issues Tool ​​​​​​
  1. Navigate to the project level Coordination Issues tool on app.procore.com.
  2. Click Info next to the issue you want to edit.
  3. Click into any field on the view page to edit it.
    Note: To edit the viewpoint snapshot, use the Procore plugin.
  4. Changes are automatically saved.
