Add or Manage Comments on a Coordination Issue

Objective

To add or manage comments on a coordination issue.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Read Only' permissions or higher on the project's Coordination Issues tool.
      Note: Users can only edit or delete their own comment(s).

Steps

From the Coordination Issues Tool ​​​​​​
Add a Comment
  1. Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool on app.procore.com.
  2. Click Info next to the coordination issue you want to view.
  3. Click Activity to open the 'Activity' panel.
  4. Enter your comment into the 'Add a comment...' text box.
  5. Click Submit.
Edit a Comment
  1. Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool on app.procore.com.
  2. Click Info next to the coordination issue you want to view.
  3. Click Activity to open the 'Activity' panel.
  4. Click Edit on the comment you want to edit.
  5. Enter any edits to your comment.
  6. Click Update.
Delete a Comment
  1. Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool on app.procore.com.
  2. Click Info next to the issue you want to view.
  3. Click Activity to open the 'Activity' panel.
  4. Click Delete on the comment you want to delete.
  5. On the 'Confirm Deletion' window, click Delete.
