Delete a Coordination Issue

Objective

To delete a coordination issue.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • ‘Admin’ on the project’s Coordination Issues tool.
    • Users with 'Standard' permissions can delete coordination issues that they have created.

Steps

From the Procore Plugin

Delete a Single Coordination Issue

  1. Open the Navisworks Manage application on your computer.
  2. Open the model you're working with.
    Note: Make sure the model is associated with a project in Procore. See Associate a Model with a Procore Project.
  3. Click the Procore tab to open up the Procore plugin.
    Tip! Click the title bar of the Procore plugin and drag it to the right, left, bottom, or top of your application or to another monitor so you can view both Procore and your model at the same time.
  4. Click the Issues icon to open up the Issues tool. 
  5. In the All Issues list, hover over the issue that you want to delete.
  6. Click Info.
  7. Click the ellipses (...) icon.
  8. Click Delete.
    Note: The issue will be moved to the Recycle Bin in the Coordination Issues tool. 
From the Coordination Issues Tool

Delete a Single Coordination Issue

  1. Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool on app.procore.com.
  2. Click Info next to the issue you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete Issue.
  4. Click Confirm to confirm the delete action.
    Note: This will send the issue to the tool's Recycle Bin.

Bulk Delete Coordination Issues

  1. Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool on app.procore.com.
  2. Mark the checkboxes next to the issues you want to delete.
  3. Click Bulk Actions.
  4. Click Delete.
    Note: This will send the issues to the tool's Recycle Bin.
