Delete a Coordination Issue

You cannot permanently delete items in the Coordination Issues tool. Instead, move unwanted items to the Recycle Bin. This safety net allows Admins to audit removed items and restore those deleted by mistake for future use.

Steps

Move a coordination issue to the Recycle Bin from your preferred platform:

To move an issue to the Recycle Bin with the Coordination Issues tool  Show/Hide

  1. Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool.
  2. Find the issue to delete:
    • Use the Search bar.
    • Apply filters like Assigned to MeOverdue, or a specific Location.
  3. Mark the checkbox that corresponds to the issue(s) to delete. A trash can icon appears at the top of the table.
  4. Click trash can icon to delete the selected issue(s).
  5. At the Move Issue to the Recycle Bin prompt, click Move.

Procore moves the issue(s) to the Recycle Bin. Only a tool Admin can Retrieve a Coordination Issue from the Recycle Bin.

  1. Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool.
  2. Find the issue to delete:
    • Use the Search bar.
    • Apply filters like Assigned to MeOverdue, or a specific Location.
  3. Mark the checkbox that corresponds to the issue(s) to delete. A trash can icon appears at the top of the table.
  4. Click trash can icon to delete the selected issue(s).
  5. At the Move Issue to the Recycle Bin prompt, click Move.

Procore moves the issue(s) to the Recycle Bin. Only a tool Admin can Retrieve a Coordination Issue from the Recycle Bin.
