View Activity about a Person in Resource Planning
Objective
To view activity related to a specific person in Resource Planning.
Background
In Resource Planning, you can manage information about the people on your team such as general information, notes, and attachments. You can also manage their resource assignments and time off. You can view a history of all of these activities for an individual person on their Details page of the People List.

Steps
- Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.
- Click People and select People List.
- Locate the user record to modify. Then click their name.
- Locate the 'Activity' section and select the tab for the information you want to see:
- All. All activity for the person including resource assignments, attachments, changes to their personal information, notes, tags, or time off.
- Assignments. Activity related to the person's resource assignments. See Create a Resource Assignment.
- Attachments. Activity related to the person's attachments. See Manage Attachments for People in Resource Planning
- Info. Activity related to the person's personal information. See Edit People in Resource Planning.
- Notes. Activity related to the person's notes. See Create Notes about People in Resource Planning.
- Tags. Activity related to the person's tags. See Add or Edit Tags for People in Resource Planning.
- Time Off. Activity related to the person's time off. See Create Time Off in Resource Planning.
