View Programs
Objective
To view the programs in the Procore account to find information and linked projects.
Background
The Programs tool at the Company level is designed to help you better organize your projects by grouping them into different programs. For example, you could group projects by location, company division, job type, or multi-phased projects.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' or above permissions on the Programs tool.
- Additional Information:
- You will only see a program if at least one project has been added to it.
- You will only see projects you have acces to in a program.
- A user will only see the program in the Programs tool if they have at least 'Read Only' permissions to both the Programs tool and that project.
Steps
- Navigate to the Company level Programs tool.
- Click on the program you want to view.
- View related program information.
