Why is my bid package missing from the Planroom?

There are several reasons your bidders can't access the bid they've been invited to bid on:

  1. The bid package is closed.  This can be done by editing a bid package on the project.  Once closed, bidders lose all access to the bid package. See "Edit a Bid Package" in the See Also section below.
  2. The project is set to a stage that does not allow bidding.  By default, only the 'Bidding' stage allows for bidders to access the Planroom.  You can adjust the stage for a project under the project Admin tool. See "Change Your Project's Stage of Construction" in the See Also section below.
  3. The bidders were not invited.  A quick check is to look at your bid list and ensure that there are recipients for each company invited to bid. If no users are selected, the company will not have access to bid.

(Note: Procore will automatically give users access to the company Planroom tool when they are invited to bid on a project. You should not need to adjust their permissions.)
