Can I send a bid update email to every vendor/subcontractor?

Yes. In the Bidding tool in Procore, an update email is called a correspondence. You can send a correspondence to every invited vendor or specialty contractor by creating a new correspondence under the 'Correspondence' subtab of your bid package. In the 'BCC:' section, all of the invited specialty contractors and vendors will be listed automatically. You can also add or delete contacts from the correspondence.
