Can I send correspondence after the bid due date?

Answer

Yes. Addenda are referred to as "Correspondence" in the Bidding tool. The bid due date does not prevent addenda or correspondence from being sent out by administrators or received by bidders. You can check that the addendum or correspondence went out by looking at the 'Correspondence' section of your Bid sheet.
