What are Procore's standard budget views for ERP Integrations?
Background
When your company's Procore account is initially implemented, it includes several standard budget views that were designed for use on non-ERP integrated projects (see What are Procore's standard budget views?). However, if your company's Procore account is using the ERP Integrations tool with one of the supported integrated ERP systems, Procore also provides your company's account with standard budget views that are compatible with both Procore and your integrated ERP system:
- Integration by Procore: Viewpoint® Spectrum®: See ERP Direct Cost View below.
- Integration by Ryvit: Viewpoint® Vista™: See Procore ERP Budget View below.
- QuickBooks® Desktop: See Procore ERP Budget View below.
- Sage 100 Contractor®: See Procore ERP Budget View below.
- Sage 300 CRE®:See Procore ERP Budget View below.
- Note: If your company is using the Procore + Sage 300 CRE® integration and you want to sync the job cost transactions created in Sage 300 CRE® to Procore, it is recommended that you set up a new budget view using the Procore ERP Budget view described below as a template. You can then modify it to include the required data columns. For details, see Add the Columns for Job Cost Transaction Syncing to a Budget View for ERP Integrations.
- Xero™:See Procore ERP Budget View below.
- Note: If your company is using the Procore + Xero™ integration and you want to sync the job cost transactions created in Xero™ to Procore, it is recommended that you set up a new budget view using the Procore ERP Budget view described below as a template. You can then modify it to include the required data columns. For details, see Add the Columns for Job Cost Transaction Syncing to a Budget View for ERP Integrations.
- Workday®: See ERP Direct Cost View below.
Answer
Depending on the integrated ERP system set up to work with your company's Procore account, your company's Procore Administrator will typically work with Procore to provide your company account with a standard budget view for use with project's that sync data with the ERP Integrations tool. Budget views are created by Procore and are made available to your Procore Administrator in the Company Admin tool. You can use this budget view as template for creating customized budget views for your company account or you can modify the budget view you were provided. To learn how to create a new budget, see Set up a New Budget View.
