Mark a Coordination Issue as Complete

To mark a coordination issue as complete, letting the coordination issue Admin user know that the work has been finished, and is ready to be reviewed and closed.

Once a coordination issue has been created, it is sent to the assignee to be resolved. Once the assignee resolves the issue, they will mark the coordination issue as "complete." This marks the issue as ready to be reviewed by the coordination issues Admin, and if the Admin approves the work, the coordination issue can be marked as "closed." A closed coordination issue denotes that no further action is required on the coordination issue.
