View Inactive Projects in the Company Portfolio

Objective

To view a list of inactive projects in your company's Portfolio tool.

Background

A Procore project in your company's Procore account can be placed in one (1) of two (2) statuses:

  • Active. Indicates the project is in-progress and in an active state. Project actions for administrators and end users are available. This is the default state of a new Procore project (see Add a New Project).
  • Inactive. Indicates the project is NOT active. Use this status to indicate that work on the project has been temporarily or permanently suspended. Inactive projects are visible to users in the company's Portfolio tool (see View Inactive Projects in the Company Portfolio). Marking a project as inactive also stops most of the project's automatic email notifications (but NOT all email notifications). Note: Users with the appropriate permissions to the project's Procore tools can also make changes to inactive projects.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the company's Portfolio tool.
    This reveals a list of active projects in the Projects view. 
    Notes:
  2. Select Status in the Add Filter drop-down list. 



     
  3. In the secondary drop-down list that appears, select Inactive.



    The system reveals the inactive projects in your company's Procore account.
    Tip! If you want to change a project's status, see Change a Project's Status to Active or Inactive.
