Early Pay Program Enrollment Status

This table details the enrollment status for Early Pay Programs. 

Status Definition
Needs Review Indicates a payee has enrolled in an Early Pay Program. To move to the 'Enrolled' status, the enrollment must be approved by the payor's Payments Admin
Unenrolled Indicates a payee has been removed as an enrollee in an Early Pay Program. 
Enrolled Indicates the payee is enrolled in an Early Pay Program.  Procore Pay changes the payee status from 'Needs Review' to 'Enrolled' after approval. 
Void Indicates the payee's participation in an Early Pay Program is not valid. Payee enrollment can be voided for reasons including:
  • A payee is classified as 'Ineligible' by the payor. 
  • A payor disables the Early Pay Programs feature in Procore Pay. 
  • A payor disables the Procore Pay solution.
