Procore Pay Integrates with the Modernized Subcontractor Invoicing Experience
in Procore Pay, lien wavers are powered by Levelset, a Procore Company. To manage lien waivers with the Invoice Management tools in Procore, your Procore users must be using the modernized subcontractor invoicing experience.

Background

Lien waivers for Procore Pay are powered by Levelset icon-external-link.png, a Procore Company.

Answer

No. Procore Pay customers do NOT create their own Levelset accounts. Instead, the Procore Pay software:

  • Creates a company account in Levelset when a Payments Admin turns the Lien Waiver Settings ON in the Company level Payments tool. If your company already has a Procore Pay account, be sure to tell your Procore point of contact during the Procore Pay implementation process.
  • Stores the required account information to provide users with the ability to seamlessly access your lien waiver templates in the Procore Pay software and the Invoice Management tools in the Procore web application.
 Tip
Managing lien waivers in Procore Pay? Your company's Payments Admin manages the lien waiver settings and templates in the Company level Payments tool. On Procore projects, an invoice administrator enables lien waiver templates and sets the default templates. To learn more, see Manage Lien Waivers & Templates.
