How can I access my company's Monthly Sandbox after enabling Procore Pay?
Background
Company accounts using Procore Pay require additional security measures to keep financial transactions secure, like Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). MFA is not available in the Monthly Sandbox environment at this time. Procore Pay is also not available in the Monthly Sandbox due to the nature of the tool.
However, you might want to maintain access to your company's Monthly Sandbox environment to test other Procore tools or features before adopting them for use in your Production environment. The MFA requirement policy that is copied from your Production account must be disabled in the Monthly Sandbox environment to allow for continued access.
Answer
To maintain access to your company's Monthly Sandbox environment after enabling Procore Pay, send an email to support@procore.com with the following details:
- Write "Procore Pay Monthly Sandbox Access" in the subject line.
- In the body of the email, include:
- Your name.
- The login email address associated with your Procore user account.
- Your Company ID
Procore will then perform a backend configuration to allow your company's Monthly Sandbox to be accessed with the standard login flow. You will be notified by support when this configuration is complete.
Note: You must be a Company Admin for your company's Procore account to make this request.
