Edit a User's Distribution Groups in the Company Directory
Objective
To edit a user's distribution groups in the Company Directory.
Background
A Distribution Group is a group of users that is created in Procore's Company or Project Directory tool. This user group can be applied to a role, like 'Assignee', or added to a Distribution List to receive notifications based on the tool's notification settings.

Steps
- Navigate to the Company level Directory tool.
- Click Users.
- Click Edit next to the user.
- Mark or clear the checkbox next to the relevant distribution group in the '[Company Name] Distribution Groups' section.
- Click Save.
